Riva Waterfalls

Riva Waterfalls, located 12 km away from Solan, Himachal Pradesh is a hidden paradise amidst the dense forest and its greenery. The best time to visit is from July to September, to have a serene view of nature and the glorious waterfall itself. If you want to escape from the chaos of the city and its heat, Riva Waterfall is the best destination for it.

You can drive from Solan to the nearest bridge which occurs after crossing Mohan Heritage Park, on the way. Having a good road trip, you can park your vehicle near the bridge, and begin walking down in the jungle to Riva Waterfall. The trek down the forest is easy, with narrow paths and rocky trails that can look tricky but are not much difficult to go through with proper carefulness. The trek will be finished in 5-10 minutes, giving you a picturesque view of the Riva Waterfall.

Once reached you can enjoy this hidden gem and have a wonderful time within nature, the jungle surrounds and the Riva Waterfall cascading cool water and splashes.
