About Hatha Yoga & sound bath session

The buddha blessing soundhealing centre under the able supervision of Caro & gagan organized a spiritual & a gratifying yoga and sound bath session on 17th May near Trek & dine which aimed at giving the visitors a delightful experience of calming and cooling down their tiresome souls in the heart of the Himalayas.

The event started at 4pm which involved participants taking part in various asanas and medication for a duration of 45 mins. The vibrant atmosphere along with the enthusiastic ambience with soft Himachali music playing in the background provided particpants with a much needed respite from their stressful lives by making them feel relaxed and make deep connections with their inner souls.

This was followed by a riveting bath session for another 45 mins which was aimed at giving the partcipants a feeling of luxury, comfort and determination after meditation practice so that they are ready to face the upcoming challenges in their respective workplaces.
