The best time to visit Dharamkot is during the months  from March to June and September to November when the weather conditions remain suitable for exploring Dharamkot

How to reach

To reach Dharamkot at first you have to travel to Kangra which can be reached by road, rail and air. From kangra there are munerous shared/hired cabs that operates between these 2 places which can take you to Dharamkot whose distance is 22km from Kangra.

You can also reach Mcleodganj instead of Kangra and then proceed towards Dharamkot which takes only 20 mins to reach

Rs 4000-5000 as cab fare is required to travel to Dharamkot. The rates can vary during peak and off season

In case of accomodation, budget properties will cost around Rs 500-2000 per night with luxury ones around Rs 3000 or above.

Form sightseeing and attending yoga sessions, Rs 1000-2000 is needed which covers cab fare, entry fees, food, shopping etc
