Our Story

begins 2017

Established in 2017, Spiti Sojourn was born from a simple yet profound idea under the starlit skies of June. We envisioned sharing not just our home but our stories with global travelers, offering a glimpse into the sublime corners of our Earth. From experiencing the grandeur of the universe to savoring the warmth of our culture and cuisine, every moment here is an opportunity to connect with oneself and the soul of Spiti.

Our Team

Meet Namka and Dikit, the dynamic duo behind Spiti Sojourn. Namka, renowned for his culinary expertise and backed by a hospitality degree from Singapore, is eager to regale you with tales of Spitian heritage. Dikit, the epitome of strength and grace, adds her own charm to our homestay experience.

Joining them are Abid and Ritika, seasoned veterans in hospitality and travel. Abid's passion for maps and itineraries is infectious, while Ritika, the artistic soul of the team, adds her creative touch to every corner of our homestay.

Our Village

PANGMO

Welcome to Pangmo, a quaint hamlet in Spiti Valley, where time seems to stand still amidst 28 traditional homes and a population of just over 100. Overlooking the village is a picturesque nunnery, while the Pangmo maidan boasts of its famed quality peas, exported far and wide.

From panoramic views of the Spiti river to nights filled with countless stars, Pangmo offers a glimpse into the untouched beauty of Spiti Valley, waiting to be explored.
