Secret Waterfall Rishikesh

The World's Centre for yoga, Rishikesh, is a well-liked tourist destination renowned for its meditative environment and scenic surroundings. Many undiscovered treasures in Rishikesh are just waiting to be found, even though most tourists are only familiar with the well-known Laxman Jhula and Triveni Ghat. The Secret Waterfall is one such treasure.

On the outskirts of Rishikesh in Tapovan, a peaceful neighbourhood, is where you may find The Secret Waterfall. You can take an auto-rickshaw, a shared taxi or a rented bike or scooty from Rishikesh town to the waterfall. It takes roughly 30 minutes to travel. To go to the waterfall from Tapovan, you must walk for around 15 minutes. The track is clearly defined and simple to navigate.

The Secret Waterfall is a stunning waterfall surrounded by luxuriant greenery. A natural swimming pool may be found at the bottom of the waterfall. The woodland that surrounds the river is a wonderful location to unwind and take in the peace and quiet, and the water itself is cool and pleasant.

The monsoon season, from June to September, is when the waterfall is at its most spectacular, making it the ideal time to visit. Although the temperature is more pleasant in the winter (October to May), you can also go there.

Don't be afraid to get a little muddy by donning comfy shoes and wet-weather attire.

If you plan to go swimming, bring a towel and a change of clothes.

Bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray.Never leave a trace and be mindful of the environment.
