This is one of the most popular hot water spring which is located near Kullu in Parvati Valley. It is one of the most  popular hot water springs in Himachal Pradesh because Manikaran holds great religious importance for both Hindus and Sikhs. According to Hindu mythology, it is said that Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati spent time here. The hot springs are considered sacred, and many believe that bathing in these waters washes away sins and brings spiritual cleansing. The Gurudwara Manikaran Sahib, a prominent Sikh pilgrimage site, is also located here, adding to the spiritual ambiance. Other than that  Manikaran spring has high  concentration of Uranium, which  locals believe that the water from the hot spring can help in curing diseases
